Single Cell/Organelle Probing Platform
Information
The research is focused on the development of a Single Cell Diagnostic Platform combining methods such as Atomic Force Microscopy, Scanning Electrochemical Microscopy, and Confocal Microscopy. The fabricated nano sized probes are designed to measure reduction-oxidation reactions, electron transfer reactions, and the broader kinetics of biochemical processing within the cell cytosol and organelles of a single cell.
